A mirror finish heated calander of very big diameter and a rubber pressure roller with enourmous pressure are the heart of the glazing calander. They achieve a remarkable increase of the glossiness of the water based varnish, to make the final product more attractive.
It can be an off-line calander or it can be a complete configuration of a coater of calandrable water based varnish together with glazing calander in-line.
